I think the easiest solution might involve making a page template that pulls all the posts through a query, but maybe I can do a little research and come up with something better. I use posterous a lot because of exactly what you're talking about. I've got friends across a lot of different sites, and though there is a fair amount of overlap, everyone isn't in the same place. So I like being able to post to Tumblr, Twitter and Facebook all at once, but it has some obvious drawbacks. I'll probably get a clearer idea once I start trying to write the article, but I think it makes me lazier overall, in a way. Because I can just click one button and share everywhere I end up interacting with the individual sites a lot less...
